In late 1992, following the construction of a covered walkway connecting two buildings of a boutique resort in Palm Springs, CA, I was asked to design and manage the construction of a landscaped area in front of the newly-purchased building called the Mirage. The project was to provide a place for the guests to enjoy and was to incorporate a large spa, waterfalls, bar b q pit, firepit and lavish gardens. The end result of this project was the "Mirage Gardens" which was finished in mid 1993.
