The Contour Collection

The Contour Collection is a group of functional art works that derives its name from the appearance of the technique used to create them.  All of the works are constructed of laminated layers of wood which resemble the contour lines on an architect's contour drawing or model.

Works currently available from The Contour Collection include the following:

Contour Bowl

The Contour Bowl can be used as a bowl for dry contents or placed on a stand that is included with it and displayed vertically on a tabletop or hung on the wall.

Contour Chair

The Contour Chair can be used as a desk chair, an occasional chair or displayed as a work of art.  A version with 19" seat height for a dining room table is available as a special order.

18" wide by 34" high by 28" deep with 16" seat height

Contour Arm Chair

The Contour Arm Chair is an all-purpose chair that can be used in any part of the home or office.  A version with 19" seat height for a dining room table is available as a special order.

28" wide by 34" high by 28" deep with 16" seat height

Twisted Table

The Twisted Table is an occassional table that works well with the Contour Chair or Contour Arm Chair and is available with or withour the glass top.

Contour Chaise Lounge

The Contour Chaise Lounge is currently being developed with a first prototype expected to be completed by late January 2012
